"The planning area is located in the middle of an anthropogenically shaped cityscape - between settlement, sports and commercial areas. Extensive structural elements, predominantly shaped by characteristic pioneer species, cause an ecologically valuable structuring of the area.
The green order thus aims on the one hand at the landscape conservation integration of the brownfield site into the green system of the city of Riesa, and on the other hand at the logical designation of a mixed and commercial area.
