The new Munich Technology Centre (MTZ) was developed on the M-Campus of Stadtwerke München. On the campus square, the sculptural lawn cushion is the central element of the open space. It is a meeting point and place to stay on the square. Three garden courtyards in the form of a "Red, Yellow, and Green Garden" strengthen the identity of the building and create valuable outdoor spaces that continue in the building's winter garden.
