The residential house with office floor is situated on a western slope with a wide view into the Rhine valley.
The terracing of the steeply sloping site allows the garden to be used on different functional levels. Breakfast terrace in the east, main terrace in the west, sunken garden courtyard in front of the swimming pool and various play lawn areas. The garage roof is extensively landscaped. Above the swimming hall, a Japanese dry landscape garden - Karesansui has been created as a meditation garden. The necessary retaining walls were built from local natural stone.
