New construction of a residential complex with open space renovation

The dynamic façade of the new building with its cantilevered balconies finds its graphic counterpart in the design of the inner courtyard.

Pavement areas and vegetation zones intertwine to create a varied overall picture. Intensive greening with backdrop-like hedge structures, multi-stemmed maple trees and grasses create niches and sub-spaces for communal use. Play areas, quiet zones and meeting places form clearings in the "urban jungle". Fire department access roads, access areas and parking spaces are given multifunctional surfaces and integrated inconspicuously into the overall picture.

The open spaces of the existing buildings will be reorganized and linked to the new building in terms of design and function to form a single unit.
