The open spaces around the 3 apartment buildings captivate with elliptical shapes and amorphous structures. A high-quality outdoor and recreational space is created here by selected plants and, on the other hand, by high-quality materials from the Godelmann company. In this way, an unofficial show garden of the stone manufacturer is created, so to speak. The majority of the paved areas will be equipped with ecological drainage joint paving. Furthermore, large-scale shrub beds, bushes and woody plants will complement the outdoor facilities. About one third of the outdoor facilities will be designed as intensive green roofs on the underground parking garage ceiling. In addition, the common garden area will of course be completed by furnishing elements as well as children's play areas. In addition to the communal areas, each apartment will also have its own small private garden with terrace and individually designed beds, which will be divided by screening walls and hedges.

Among other things, the roof areas will be greened. Here, seeding and a sedum carpet will ensure ecological rainwater drainage and also visually enhance the eye-catcher of the other buildings.
