The outdoor areas of the residential complex are divided into the front gardens, the tenants' gardens at the rear of the building and the courtyards, which form a high-quality "green center" that can be used in a variety of ways. The front gardens are planned as a green entrance zone with lawns and some characteristic shrub plantings.

On the courtyard side of the building, tenant gardens will be created for all first floor apartments, which can be accessed barrier-free from the apartments. They are slightly raised in relation to the sidewalk and are enclosed by a low wall.

The courtyard areas can be shared by all residents. Here, island-like green and sand play areas are planned, which will be used for lingering, romping around and getting together in the neighborhood. Seating made of flat steel frames with wooden supports will be provided at the edges of the "islands". Waste collection areas are integrated into two islands, which are to be planted with climbing plants.

All islands rest within a paved area of grass liner paving. There is a paved path frame all around.

A garden area for communal gardening is planned in the northern courtyard. Here, anyone who wants to can grow their own fruit and vegetables with their neighbors.

A lounge area is located in the southern courtyard, where residents are invited to get together by setting up a "long table".
