A residential building with approx. 36 residential units is being built on the Hochstraße 6a plot in Berlin-Wedding. One side of the triangular plot is directly adjacent to the Berlin Ringbahn railroad line and a noise barrier.

Due to the increasing difference in height between the property and the road as Hochstrasse progresses, the fire department access at the south-western edge of the property is via the garden area. In the area of the building, the difference in height is absorbed by a retaining wall (gabions), which is then adjoined by an existing row of beech trees, which is separated from the road by a fence.

The building is accessed from the northern side of the building, with a diagonally cut staircase leading down from street level to the three entrances. Terraces with small private garden areas are created on the south-west-facing loggias on the ground floor and separated from each other by bamboo hedges. To the south of the private garden zone, the entire garden area can be used communally, where a small communal square with a sand play area will be created.

The waste disposal site is located in the immediate vicinity of the fire department access road and is therefore easy for the BSR to reach. The parking spaces for bicycles will be located along the access path.
