The construction of a new parish hall with a church hall is planned in order to solve the space shortage of the Protestant Church of the Resurrection. The building plot is located on the strip of the original farm buildings of the former von Haake family estate. The former continuous development is no longer intended, so the design opens up the historic estate park with a window between the parish hall and the southern parking lot. The design of the open space is intended to highlight the former structures of the estate park and bring them back to life. In this sense, the manor house, stables, lawn parterre and paths of the park are to be recreated. On-demand parking spaces are integrated into the eastern lawn parterre and the path surface of the park area, which can temporarily extend the parking spaces of the parking lot. This will be bordered by a hedge towards the former estate park and a brick wall towards Zehlendorfer Damm. To the north, the former estate park is also framed by a brick wall, while to the west an embankment creates the transition to the lower-lying Bäkepark.
