The Lenbachgärten quarter is centrally located near the main railway station, right next to the Old Botanical Gardens in southern Maxvorstadt. The focal point of the quarter is the piazetta on Karlstrasse, opposite St. Bonifaz.

Lenbachgärten is a quarter with a mix of exclusive and subsidized residential, hotel and office uses. The highest standards of design and use of materials were realized in the building construction and open space design. In the design of the open space, this is also reflected in the sophisticated use of plants, which creates differentiated images and atmospheres all year round.

With the development of the quarter, the surrounding streets and squares as well as the Old Botanical Garden were also upgraded.
