The new design of the Alte Strasse is based on its historical roots on the one hand and on the requirement to create a clear, strong and self-evident design on the other. An urban space is reclaimed and the integration of the diverse functions is created in an appealing form with its own identity. The planned area - parquet - made of long-format bricks stretches between the boundary edges of the building and brings them together in a new quality as a uniform space. The parquet areas in the Alte Straße will be the most beautiful in Bremervörde - strolling, dining and shopping will become attractive again.
