For the redesign of the surroundings of the Sparkasse headquarters in Essen's city centre, a multiple invitation to tender was carried out with five participants.
Our office was awarded 1st prize and was commissioned with the planning around the building, including the street planning with the connections to neighbouring, already developed areas.
Today there is a water feature on the generously designed Sparkasse forecourt - in a place where cars used to park.
