Close to the centre of Dresden, 2 apartment buildings with 14 residential units each are being built on Comeniusstraße and 2 apartment buildings with 40 residential units each are being built along Stübelallee. The connecting open space consists of functional areas for access, children's play, fire protection, the parking of bicycles or garbage cans, as well as partly intensively designed planting areas as visual and functional separation of different parcels and uses.
