With the new harbor of the municipality of Teichland, the village and landscape area have become a tourist attraction and excursion destination not only for the surrounding districts, but also for the region and beyond.



The new Cottbusser Ostsee connects the municipality of Teichland and Cottbus - small-scale village life forms the counterpart to the urban dimension of Cottbus. The harbor, protected by the offshore island and shaped by the landscape, creates the motif of a protected lagoon on the wide lake.



For the residents of Neuendorf and the municipality of Teichland, the new and versatile village square at the harbor will create a place of identity for existing and new neighborhoods. A space for tradition, transformation history and tourism.
