Illgenstraße after-school care center Schulzendorf

An extension was added to the existing after-school care building and the outdoor facilities had to be rebuilt accordingly.

Terraces were created in the eastern area, which can be used as an outdoor teaching area for homework and quiet play or handicrafts. New pathways and high-quality recreational areas were added. In addition to the creation of exercise areas around the building, a new playground was also created and partly supplemented with equipment from the existing building. The entire construction work was carried out during ongoing operations.

The rainwater is drained away decentrally via a trough and infiltration system. The planned facilities are barrier-free.
