The construction of a new parish hall with a church hall is planned in order to solve the space shortage that has arisen for the Lutheran Auferstehungs-Kirchengemeinde. The building plot is located on the strip of the original farm buildings of the former estate of the von Haake family. The continuous development at that time is no longer intended, so the design opens up the historic estate park with a window between the parish hall and the southern parking lot. The design of the open space should bring out the former structures of the manor park and make them experiencable again. In this sense, the manor house, stables as well as the lawn parterre and paths of the park are to be reproduced. In the eastern lawn parterre as well as in the path surface of the park area, parking stands are integrated, which can temporarily extend the parking spaces of the car park. The parking area is bordered by a hedge to the former estate park and by a brick wall to the Zehlendorfer Damm. To the north, the former estate park is also framed by a brick wall, while to the west an embankment creates the transition to the lower-lying Bäkepark.
