The Am Lokdepot 6 project consists of four sub-areas. The central, communal open space is the courtyard garden - between the apartment building and the coach house. Lushly planted, it is a green oasis in the middle of the city. This is where residents and other users meet. The movement zone is covered with large-format, red-colored concrete slabs that intertwine with the green spaces.



The canopy is the planted roof of the coach house, which all apartments from the 2nd floor upwards can look out onto. A wild mixture of perennials and grasses makes it an eye-catcher at any time of year.



The coach house courtyard and roof garden are private areas. The roof garden is reserved for the residents of the top floor; it is a retreat with spacious terrace areas from where a view over the city opens up. Perennial plantings frame and divide the roof terrace and provide a backdrop to the activities.
