The centre of the building ensemble is the Ferrari-Maserati car dealership, which can be reached via a 160 m long driveway accompanied by columnar hornbeams. The car dealership is 3.00 m above the surrounding level, is arranged in a U-shape and opens onto a central patio dominated by large-format slabs in combination with black clinker and 2 bizarre pines.
The rainwater from the roof and courtyard areas is channelled via a stream into a large infiltration trough. The surface water from the traffic areas is also fed into the infiltration trough via an underground rainwater storage tank and a pump system.
Parts of the hall roof area are also extensively greened. The two pine trees in the inner courtyard are designed as intensive green roofs on the underground car park.
