Development of a sloping plot with a height difference of around 20 meters from the road access to the end of the garden behind the house at the edge of the forest.
The house can be reached via an approx. 110-metre-long unpaved driveway, which was visually shielded from the neighboring properties with a required compensatory planting.
The planning idea is to continue the existing native planting in horticulturally modified forms, such as hedges, umbrella and bonsai forms in the immediate vicinity of the house. Among others, Acer campestre, Amelanchier lamarckii, Carpinus betulus, Cornus mas, Taxus baccata and others were used.
Only the garden areas directly adjacent to the terrace are landscaped and slowly merge into the landscape in terms of design language.
In the outdoor areas, the graywacke material used by the architects in parts of the façade was taken up and continued in paving and slab surfaces as well as retaining walls.
The natural stone is complemented by anthracite-colored chippings.
