A new town center was created north of the Glonn, which complements the existing central areas to form a meaningful whole. The opening and expansion of the river leads to a quality of stay and use in the core area of the community. At the same time, the Glonn is brought closer to Münchner Strasse by moving the main branch to the south, thus bringing it back into the public eye.
