The "Grüne Fuge" landscape connection extends the Killesbergpark in Stuttgart across the former trade fair grounds to the Feuerbacher Heide. The new park also connects several directly adjacent urban development measures.

With the areas "Grüne Fuge", the "Park vor der Roten Wand" and the "Übergang zur Feuerbacher Heide", 9.44 ha of green spaces are created. A landscape is created that tells its own story: karstic forms of a quarry topography, as if cut out with a chisel, they develop over rounded shapes to a soft landscape covered with earth and greenery. Meadow cushions connect all areas and create a transition from the historic Höhenpark Killesberg to the newly emerging park landscape with view axes into the park and the surrounding area. A watercourse is fed by roof and surface water from a cistern, which flows through the Grüne Fuge and flows into a new, near-natural lake in the Höhenpark Killesberg. To the west, a grove of mixed native deciduous trees grows; to the east, there are loose groups of fruit trees. Under the trees are play areas and much more.
Within 3 years, more than 50,000 cubic meters of soil were shaped into a new landscape in the former trade fair grounds, numerous trees and bushes were planted and watercourses were created.
