The precisely cut new construction of the community centre in Unterföhring defines, together with the town hall, the centre of the Munich suburb. The large forecourt creates a local center for Unterföhring and at the same time a representative access situation for the community center Under a membrane roof the weekly market will take place in the future. The new square as well as the concert and theatre hall for 800 people, a small event hall, library, restaurant and various club rooms result in a new, lively centre of the village.
