The entire Spektegrünzug runs from Spandau city centre to Falkensee. The last, 1 km long section is located between Bötzowbahn and Zeppelinstraße and is a remnant of a glacial lowland channel that has now been devastated.
The concept provides for the restoration of the lowland. The spatial structure is composed of three spatial units: the urban promenade suitable for cyclists and pedestrians as a backbone in the north, in the centre the lowland characterised by meadows and groups of copses, and in the south an area characterised by copses, crossed by a landscaped path and mediating to the adjacent allotments.
