The focal point of the garden is the generous, formal water area. It connects the architecture with open space and nature. The water surface enhances the experience of the garden inside the apartment through light reflections. The "floating" wooden footbridge of the water veranda allows to dive with the feet into the water in summer. Large-format stepping stones lead to a melodious spring stone made of slate, which, together with a maple tree, lends new aspects to each season. The free-flowing lawn continues the spatial idea of visual expansion and is bordered by evergreen glossy medlars planted like a backdrop. They form the dark green background for purple flowering lavender and light flowering hydrangeas.
