The design concept envisages staging the difference in height between the entrance and the street level by means of terrain strips of varying widths laid out in a wave form. In addition, the drainage facilities were integrated into the landscape. The inner courtyard is a complex system of moving, organically shaped, colored surfaces and planting areas, which are covered with magnolias.
