The residential complex with underground car park was built on the former site of a shopping centre in the south of Ingolstadt. Between the three public street spaces with their different connection heights, an inner garden plateau emerges.

In its center lies the "Hinteranger", a meeting place for this neighborhood - with a children's playground, communal lounge areas and accentuated by a large linden tree. Smaller forecourts, the house courtyards, are assigned to the individual entrance areas of the residential buildings. These multifunctional, semi-public courtyards are characterized by small-crowned, identity-creating house trees: "We meet under the lime tree - or at the cherry square in front of my front door." Water-bound surfaces further enhance the quality of stay here.

All visitor parking spaces are located at the edge of the neighborhood, so the central residential environment remains car-free.
