The Weilheim State Building Authority is carrying out the renovation or restoration of the Venus Grotto as part of Linderhof Castle. The grotto currently provides various bat species with different roosts throughout the year. The landscape architecture office Narr-Rist-Türk was commissioned to carry out the environmental construction supervision in order to implement and comply with the stipulated specifications and conditions relevant to nature conservation. This includes the monitoring of the construction work by means of bat monitoring.
