The Criminial Court Complex is located in the old city center of Riyadh and is part of the revitalization project of the old city. Typical urban features are combined here in the city square such as seating, lawns as green carpets that invite picnics and a hedge maze with playgrounds with elements for discovery and experience of the senses.
The project combines the characteristic of a Maidan (Arabic for city square) in its openness with retreat possibilities of a park.
Bödeker Landscape Architects developed the landscaping accompanying the architecture of AS P Albert Speer Partner.
