Residential complex Am Schloßpark 32, Berlin

A four-storey residential building was built along the street "Am Schloßpark". It is located in the Niederschönhausen district of Pankow, south of the Schloßpark Niederschönhausen garden monument and west of the Pankow municipal outdoor swimming pool in a protected green area. The new planning of the residential building was carried out in the spirit of the scale-forming neighboring buildings and allows the residents to participate in the special unobstructed park situations on both sides, whereby a strong outdoor reference was transferred to the apartments.

The inner courtyard area is divided into the tenants' gardens directly next to the building, the play area in the "little wood", the large lawn with the woodland-like border planting to the south of the building, the covered garbage collection area and the covered bicycle parking facility.


Due to the quiet location of the property, terraces have also been created in the street-side tenant gardens, which are barrier-free and offer space for individual design by the tenants. These tenant gardens are bordered with plantings of shrubs and grasses and an approx. 40 cm high plinth. The play area in the grove is also separated from the sidewalk by a planting of shrubs and grasses.
