With a working area of more than 27 hectares and a construction volume of 13 million euros, the Landau Horticultural Show 2015 stands for an exemplary conversion project. The design takes up the various characteristics of the Vorderpfälz region and constitutes a close connection to the location.

The structure for the conversion of the former military properties into a new residential quarter and a sports and leisure campus is provided by the landscape architecture. A landscape axis continues as a link from the urban area into the landscape and connects it with the Ebenberg nature reserve, which borders the garden show area. In all measures, the focus was on the successful integration of nature conservation concerns and recreational benefits into an overall design concept.
