The site of the "Dahlem Paradise" residential complex is defined by the gently shaped terrain and a striking stock of old trees.

Pines, oaks and birches with high crowns form a light-flooded canopy of leaves, under which a near-natural meadow area could develop. Different building typologies are integrated into this backdrop in such a way that the special spatial quality of the tree population is preserved in essential features. 58 residential units are realised as apartment, terraced and semi-detached houses. 3 underground garages allow for a car-free, park-like overall development. Walkways run along the edge of the tree groups respecting those to the apartments. From here, planting areas in free forms push into the meadow area, which is complemented by groups of rhododendrons. The semi-detached and terraced houses are accessed from the main path via an attractive front garden zone.
