In the development area of Adlershof, STADT UND LAND is realizing a residential project with a total of around 70 apartments for different user groups.
The building entrances face the street with its green promenade. The front garden zone is marked by low enclosing walls. In the area of the house entrances, concrete steles with embossed house numbers develop from the wall. The front garden zones are divided in strips by varied plantings.
The rear garden area is divided into two different height levels: the private zone, assigned to the ground floor apartments or usable as tenant gardens, is located at the level of the mezzanine and thus partly on the underground parking. The semi-private area, which is located approx. 1.40 m lower, at street level, can be used communally by the residents. Here is a lounge area for all user groups with children's playground.
The roofs will be extensively greened for the most part; in the case of the underground car park roof, intensive greening is planned. The roof runoff will be fed into infiltration trenches and infiltrated on site.
