The new building of the Protestant parish hall with church hall, outdoor facilities and parking lot is being built on the listed site of the former manor house near the castle. The main design concept was developed in a competition entry by Löffler Kühn Architekten and hochC. In addition to the open space planning, hochC's services also include the planning of the estate's park, the demolition of the previous buildings and the supervision of the archaeological work.

The walkable outdoor area of the community center was designed with new small paving stones cut from historic large stone paving. The aim was to ensure that the paving blends in well with the color scheme of the fieldstone paving at the old village church and is easy to walk and roll on in terms of accessibility.

The area of the new parking lot corresponds to the width of the former stable buildings on Zehlendorfer Damm. A frame consisting of a planned brick wall on the street side, a hornbeam hedge on the courtyard side and 10 hornbeams shield the parking lot from the park and, in its final state, convey the former building structure. For special events, the parking lot can be supplemented with additional parking stalls, which are laid out as gravel lawns on the estate grounds.
