Development plan and green space plan prepare the installation of photovoltaic systems for environmentally friendly power generation in Trebbin, Blankensee district.

The project serves the aim of St. John's Church to promote the conversion of the military property, to clear up the existing contaminated sites in the area surrounding the City of Peace and to remove dilapidated buildings and paving. Until 1994, the areas were used by the Soviet Armed Forces Group and the CIS in Germany.

The plan area is located in the "Nuthetal-Beelitzer-Sander" landscape conservation area and in the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park, whose nature park center borders the plan area to the south.

Impacts on the landscape that extend beyond the planning area are largely avoided through design measures. In order to blend in with the landscape, the construction area originally planned as a special area with a length of over 820 m will be divided into three smaller individual areas of max. 300 m in length. Two green strips will be laid out in a north-south direction to break up the special area and allow views from south to north and vice versa through the planning area. Planting strips will be laid out around the perimeter to create greenery.
