Living with connection

In the urban context, the outdoor facilities initially strengthen the address formation. This is done in connection with the existing street space and the urban environment. The entrances along Schützenstraße are equipped with an external staircase, an L-shaped canopy and a house tree. In front of the façade, hedge packages ensure a respectful distance to the private spaces and at the same time enclose the parking spaces for bicycles and garbage boxes. The side facing the railway receives a "city balcony" as a special touch, which continues the development of the building to the outside.

Inside the block, a bright, friendly garden courtyard is created, simple and clearly structured, at the same time with a high quality of stay for all tenants. Like a passe-partout, terraces act as outdoor living rooms in front of the façade. Ribbons of grass and groups of multi-stemmed trees, like large bouquets of flowers, subdivide the open space in between. In addition, the topography is formed with a charming difference in level, which results from the TG under a section of the garden area. A depression in the ground on one side and an elevation of the level on the other further emphasize this element.
