Florapark Magdeburg Modernization of traffic and outdoor facilities

In order to give the shopping center a new, modern appearance, the entire outdoor facilities were redesigned in addition to the interior and façade renovation. The furnishings in the outdoor areas were completely renewed. These include benches, litter garbage cans, bicycle stands, bicycle shelters and shopping cart boxes.

The traffic routing was adapted, new axes defined and the radii for traffic routing widened.

Various bordered planting areas were created along the main axes to the building, which also offer seating in the peripheral areas. The entire parking area and the walkways were planted with trees to provide shade.

The attractive recreational areas offer space to linger and socialize as well as for seasonal attractions and markets.
