On the grounds of the listed villa, the area between the buildings at Bockenheimer Landstraße 104, 102 and 98-100, which was previously used as a parking lot, will be transformed into a garden courtyard. The existing plane trees will be preserved and the garden courtyard will be enclosed by low deciduous hedges along the northern and eastern boundaries. To the site of the

new building at Bockenheimer Landstr. 104 (Bo104), a low hedge

of pruned boxwood. Shady lawns in the area and beds of flowering shade perennials at the foot of the plane trees create a spacious, well-tended garden courtyard. A ground-level terrace in front of the loggia staircase and

another terrace raised by 45 cm with a pergola near the northern boundary

offer lounge areas in the garden and can also be used for events

be used. A footpath along the hedge connects the forecourt and entrance area of the seminar rooms to the garden terrace. A clipped hedge with magnolia separates the entrance area of the seminar rooms from the event area of the
