New construction of 5 residential buildings with 40 residential units to KfW 55 standard



The project comprises the new construction of five residential buildings with underground parking in Kehl



The outdoor facilities include the entrances to the residential buildings, the semi-public residential paths and the central square, the 'Piazza Verde'

The private gardens were designed as lawns and are separated from the semi-public walkways and the neighboring gardens by hedges. This creates a private atmosphere for the residents. All unpaved areas were designed as shrub and perennial beds.



The 'Piazza Verde', the focal point of the area, has seating under small umbrella-shaped trees. The square functions as a central, connecting element, serves as a place to linger and promotes communication - a meeting place under trees.



The playground for small children in the residential area is located to the north-west.
