The building ensemble is embedded as a single-storey development in the narrow valley location. To the north, it leans linearly against the ridge and opens up to the south along Mühlenstraße, accompanied by the Sperrlutter, the course of the stream, which is being removed from its pipework in the western half of the site and renaturalised. The visitor enters the central square in front of the somewhat recessed casino with the main entrance via a bridge. The path is along the Sperrlutter. At the backs of the buildings, the transition to the mountain slopes is intercepted by retaining walls made of gabions.
