The preliminary study will serve as the basis for a subsequent development strategy and identify initial pilot projects. The central focus of the study is the promotion of cross-border identity and the development and presentation of possible regional value chains. The project is part of the DBU's funding priority seven, nature conservation. It is about the nature-friendly valorization of the historical cultural landscape "Gubiner Berge", its sustainable use and revitalization and development of the habitat "orchard meadow and dry grassland". The development strategy is to be refined and the first pilot projects implemented from 2015.
