The subject of the planning service was the redesign of the immediate surroundings of the new Dewiback GmbH administration building, including parking spaces, access routes and green roofs. New recreational areas for visitors and employees and a representative entrance to the administrative offices were created. Raised beds made of Corten steel with various combinations of shrubs and grasses were created on the roof of the administration building. An attractive rock pear was planted as a larger tree in the hilly lawn area. A small sports field sheltered from the wind complements the leisure facilities for employees.
