Development of a local recreation and tourism concept for the "Cottbusser Ostsee", the future largest lake in Brandenburg, directly adjacent to the city of Cottbus.
Future uses are planned along the lakeshore, and costs are being developed for the design proposals with under-built visitor numbers. This includes beaches, harbor areas, promenades, vacation facilities, hotels, campsites and recreational sports facilities. In addition, access by public transport, car and bicycle is planned, including the associated stops, the lakeside cycle and hiking path and the parking facilities.
