Based on an open space concept (TOPOS, 1998) drawn up for the open spaces around the main HUB building and the adjoining urban space with its diverse listed areas and individual monuments, the concept will be implemented in individual realization phases depending on the construction measures on the building.
The measures include restoring or creating new squares and paths, revising, supplementing and renewing planting, protecting and securing the existing trees and shrubs during the building construction work, and adapting the design to new usage requirements in close coordination with the monument and nature conservation authorities.
