The above-mentioned settlement was redeveloped in recent years. For this purpose, at the beginning of 2019, a 2-meter-wide strip was already put on the stock for facade work, the remaining planting areas were not cut back. Furthermore, garbage areas were created. After previous clearing work, the planting areas were to be completely replanted in spring 2020. The planting concept included a mix of roses, perennials, grasses and specimen shrubs. The already renewed garbage parking spaces were planted with climbing plants. Near the entrances, bicycle parking spaces were created for each building entrance with lawn joint paving, a steel band border and bicycle hangers made of rectangular tubes or flat steel. Under the balconies, a split eaves made of granite with a wooden edging was created. At one house entrance (house 19 - south site), the staircase and ramp system was also renovated.
