The residential quarter will have a spacious courtyard that is designed to be shared throughout, with each building unit having its own small recreational area with a play area and benches. The courtyard can be reached via steps and a ramp, while two small forecourts form the entrance area to the point blocks.

The courtyard will be intensively landscaped, with 10 trees of four different species planted. The green structure along the buildings will consist of trimmed hedges, strips of grass and low-maintenance perennials, creating distance from the private spaces

The paths are edged with an edge that emerges at seat height in the area of the tree locations, creating opportunities to spend time but also providing sufficient substrate height under the trees.
