The open space "pedestrian zone" is developed from the idea that it is structured and self-explanatory through an unobtrusive, legible order. The order is created by a wide central band that traces the wide arc of the northern building line and thus creates an open street space that belongs to the pedestrian. The respective front zones of the building lines are arranged to the north and south of the ribbon.

To the north of the ribbon are functional and recreational bands, which integrate all the desirable public amenities such as lighting, benches, play areas, trees, etc.
