At the Kreuzeskirche, a new residential and commercial building with various uses has created a green space in the middle of the city. An inner courtyard was created for the high-quality and barrier-free rental apartments, the Haus der Begegnung with a care service and café and the separate office building, offering attractive areas for residents and users to linger and relax. The outdoor area of the daycare center on the edge of the communal courtyard complements the diverse uses of the urban courtyard. The design is characterized by the umbrella-shaped trees, which give the site a special character.
