A new office building was constructed south of Hansaallee in the new district of the former goods station in Düsseldorf. The open space planning includes the external development of the building with various entrances, areas for deliveries and underground parking access as well as the open spaces directly adjacent to the building on the northern and southern edges. The courtyard, which has an underground car park and is exclusively available to tenants as an open space, will have attractive recreational and relaxation areas.
