In several construction phases - starting with the construction of the new building and its new outdoor facilities - the renovation of the historic main building and the repair of existing, more recent extensions will be carried out in chronological order.
The existing play and romping facilities will be included in the new planning in coordination with the building construction measures, and will be gradually renewed and supplemented.
The play area will then house a small children's paradise, from a quiet, cozy place to play and retreat to extensive opportunities to romp and move around to the first 'experience' with road traffic.
