A generous seating area with loose tree positions above the playground and sports field welcomes the students of the new community school with multipurpose hall. The arcade between the school and the sports hall creates a quality of stay and at the same time forms a permeable membrane between the hustle and bustle of the playground and the somewhat quieter, shaded atrium.
Three attractive inner courtyards, with different qualities of stay for events, work groups or as a contemplative place for reading and relaxing, offer a good complement to the classic break areas.
The sports fields with a long jump facility in the east, streetball and a playground in the north and lawn parterres for the primary school pupils in the west with climbing elements round off the diverse open space concept.
The traffic development with a new service road, railway underpass and bus stop for the new education campus was created as part of the open spaces.
