In all-day planning workshops, the planning was explained, developed and coordinated with the relevant interest groups in an intensive exchange. For example, the following took place:

Citizens' consultations/small group discussions

Citizens' meetings allowed small groups to work out specific issues and also created space and attention for specific concerns. For example, the following took place:
-Round Table
-Small Group Discussions
-Regular Citizens' Consultations
-Nature and Environment Committee

Tours

The measures could be explained and discussed directly on joint tours of the site. In direct contact between the developer, planner and interest groups/users, measures could be clarified on site. For example, there have been:
-tree tours on the subject of tree clearance/preservation
-tree marking tours
-tours on the subject of monument preservation
-open day at the construction site for all interested parties
-guided tours on the construction site.

Presentations and information events

In public presentation and information events at the beginning, during the course and at the end of individual planning phases, the results of previous participations were summarised and the current planning explained.
